I will be direct: Chris was let go from his job yesterday. It was completely without cause. The new-ish boss had it out for Chris from the get-go. There have been no poor performance reviews or complaints, no warnings or write-ups. This little troll has just been gunning for Chris from almost Day One. I won’t go into the details of it all, but will say that the termination was wrongful. Chris has glowing references from faculty and staff across the campus. (We even learned today that one of the chefs gave the little troll a piece of his mind upon learning of Chris’s termination!!) We are currently mulling over our options, seeking legal advice and filing for unemployment. Continue reading
