Sometimes, I sub a Shredmill class at Matrix. Here is one of the treadmill interval workouts through which I put the members. During the 1-minute “interludes,” feel free to mix it up: use dumbbells for bicep curls, tricep extensions, shoulder raises; hold various plank positions; anything goes as long as you keep pushing throughout the workout!
Last nite, I led a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), subbing for another trainer. I like my classes to be challenging and I know my fellow trainer is no walk-in-the-park! I look forward to teaching this class again!! Continue reading
