Daily, on my personal Facebook page, I have been sharing a new exercise for the 12 days of FITmas.  But not in the traditional sense, of course, as the number of reps per exercise is not following the number pattern of the song!

Yesterday’s outdoor bootcamp was an hour of bodyweight FITmas with the crazy unexpected number of reps!

Today’s gym bootcamp version was changed up a bit to add dumbbells & kettlebells.

This is an all bodyweight workout. However, you can add weights to many of them to amp it up!

This version includes dumbbell and kettlebell exercises.
