Leave It All on the Mat

Another week of Bootcamp at Premier Choice Fitness!  I am ramping up the workouts, using many of the “toys” at my disposal. 

I know you may not have ropes, truck tires or heavy bags, so improvisation will be in order:

Instead of rope slams, jump rope.

Replace the tire move with woodchops and dumbbells.

Do 2 minutes of boxing/kickboxing sans heavy bag!!!

And deadlifts (double or single leg) for the step-ups.
