Body by Jen Bootcamp

I am getting back into the swing of things in the fitness world!  Last Wednesday, I taught a 45-minute Bootcamp as a tryout for a new gym.

This week, I take over both the Tuesday and Wednesday nite Bootcamps (aka PCF28).

Here are the workouts I have led thus far at Premier Choice Fitness:

 I miss doing the workouts with my classes!  And these are kickass!

Perhaps I will have to find time when the “Room of Gain” is free and do the workouts solo!  That’s just not nearly as much fun!  I LOVE the group dynamic!
