Here is a workout for you to do after my departure. It’s almost like I am there with you!
When it says “45/15 x 4” it means to do each exercise in the combo twice (thus 4 moves total).
And the number of burpees is all you!
On or off the TRX, of course!
Every time you hear “burpees”, you will think “Jennifer”!!!
