Jen’s Healthy Take on No Bake

For as long as I remember, my mom & grandma have made No Bake Cookies.  If you aren’t familiar, they are yummy chocolate-peanut butter-oatmeal cookies that require no baking!

Before we moved to Florida, my grandma would always have a batch for me when I would visit!  And my mom would get in on the surprise, too!  No matter which house I was at, I always had my favorite cookies at hand!  Grandma always made sure I took a couple for my travel day, too! Continue reading
